Explaining the Purpose of my Ministry
I have my own transition story of how life has changed for me
and taken me down a new life path changing directions and to be able to share that with you, and giving you a safe place to
live and refresh your yourself with knowing the environment I am offering to each lady who needs time to heal, think, and process what they should do next.
I have created this website to share with you, so that you have the bigger picture of what you can expect while living here.
This way it saves us both time, and any uncomfortable sharing you just might not be ready to share or even ask about with me.
To ensure this is a safe place for women to live and with each person having things that they just cant be around for any reason, to make this a clean living, life changing environment.
There will be no drugs, drinking, swearing of taking the Lords name in vain, men visitors, or sleep overs, sexual actions, illegal actions, permitted at any time.
These things cause DRAMA and can be stressful and very uncomfortable for women who have been through abusive relationships, or going through a divorce, and does not feel safe being round people who drink and do drugs.
By no means am I labeling all men, abusive, it is just that many women do not feel safe living with a strange man.
And for some it is a faith based value to not live with any man unless she is married to one.
If you like the home environment and have not been through a life changing experience, its still ok to apply. I just would talk things through with you just like any other women.
Another reason and purpose I am sharing my home, is that I need help to keep the it clean and to keep it from falling behind in payments. Because of my life taking a dramatic change in the direction of the unexpected, I needed a way to find help.

The cleaning duties are split among each person that rents a bedroom. If you rent more than one then you would be required two days of the cleaning tasks.
Each renter is required to clean their bathroom fully one day per week. Vacuum the hallway, and stair steps with a mini light weight vacuum cleaner I will provide. One day per week.
On the main floor, you will vacuum the pantry room and entry rugs at the front door. Then mop the kitchen tile and hallway tile, one day per week. There will be a sign up sheet provided so that you can schedule your cleaning duties with the house hold.
I will provide the mop and kitchen floor cleaner only.
Each renter is required to buy one box of string, handle type of garbage bags for the community box per month any brand.
Each renter is responsible for everything they need, any item.
You will have ample spaces in the kitchen and pantry room for your items, along with the frig. and freezer.
We do not share items and food.
ALL DETAILS AND TERMS ARE IN WRITING AND THEN NOTARIZED FOR BOTH PARTIES, TO ENSURE CLEAR TERMS AND DEFINE WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM BOTH PARTIES.
NO SURPRISES.
